DAVID M. WILSON

D. Macartney Wilson AIA Architect & Associates, PA was founded in 1983 by David Wilson, who serves as its President. He is NCARB (nationally) certified and a licensed Architect in several States, including Florida. Initially in the late 80’s and 90’s, the Company was serving the cemetery business throughout the Southeastern United States in the design and construction of mausoleums. These varied in size from small buildings costing $100,000 to multi-million dollar complexes such as Woodlawn South Cemetery in Miami, Florida. These are three story buildings containing entombment for thousand of caskets. The Company provides Architectural Services for a broad range of building types, but has focused in recent years on the multifamily apartment sector. They have completed communities in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. As a HUD approved Architectural Firm, they have worked with developers and lenders on HUD 221 (d)(4) financed projects. The Company has also been designing and constructing luxury waterfront homes on the West Coast of Florida. The Company has extensive experience in the design and construction of retail and office buildings, including dental and medical facilities.
